I was brutalized by the Hawaii county police on 14 September 1995 and arrested without probable cause. -Reference is made to my swom complaint to the Police Commission of November 1995, exactly 2 years ago, of which copies were distributed to all County Council members at the time. A copy of my amended civil complaint that we are talking about here is presently in the possession of the Commission.
