Aside from creating more unnecessary congestion in an already <br /> overcrowded area, this rezoning will open the way for development that will contribute to a much <br /> greater increase in the likelihood of pollution into the precious landscape and and waters of Kealakekua <br /> Bay. <br /> Please vote to bifurcate and DELETE the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309.
