We strongly oppose Bill <br /> 309 F-2 Amendment which endangers the two (2) acre minimum zoning for 100 acres above <br /> Kealakekua Bay. Kealakekua Bay is a Marine Life Conservation District. Higher density <br /> will pollute the coral reef ecosystem. This F-2 Amendment will be responsible for killing <br /> the coral reefs in Kealakekua Bay. <br /> We strongly oppose Bill 309 E-4 amendment which will change 300 acres of DLNR property <br /> from Open to Urban. Not only will this change add overwhelming amounts of vehicles to <br /> our already overcrowded roads but runoff from landscaping will severely increase <br /> pollutants flowing offshore damaging the reef-nourishing freshwater outflow. <br /> George I.
