Angel Pilago, (B/R) <br /> Council Member, District 8 <br /> <br /> RE: Bill 342, Draft 2 - Applicant: Allan Takase, M.D. <br /> Request: RS-10 to RM-1; Tax Map Key: 2-2-26:24 <br /> <br /> Attached for your consideration is Bill 342, Draft 2 that sets forth amendments approved at the <br /> Committee on Planning meeting held on October 30, 2006. Amendments to Bill 342 are being submitted <br /> "By Request" as follows: <br /> 1) Condition E, relating to a twenty (20) year limitation on uses, deletes limiting the project use to <br /> "student' housing and also deletes reference to "affordable housing" provisions. Condition E, as <br /> amended, shall read in its entirety, as follows: <br /> <br /> "(E) For a period of twenty (20) years, project uses shall be limited to rental [staden <br /> housing [to the ex4eat pefffiil4ed under affordable housing and other- applieable <br /> <br /> 2) Condition G removes the five-year time frame to complete curb, gutter and sidewalk <br /> improvements and changes it to the standard time frame language which is, "prior to" issuance of a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. The amended Condition G shall read, in its entirety, as follows: <br /> "G. The applicant shall construct full improvements to the entire property frontage along <br /> Kinoole Street consisting of, but not limited to, pavement widening with concrete curb, gutter and <br /> sidewalk and any required relocation of utilities, meeting with the approval of the Department of <br /> Public Works, prior to [within issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy." <br /> <br /> Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken and new material is underscored. <br /> <br /> Your consideration is appreciated.
