~p <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5l5 U6 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDTTING SAME TO A <br /> <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Traffic Division of the Department of Public Works has requested <br /> funding in the amount of $2,000.00 for the installation of a single street light on Pearl Street in <br /> the Mauna Loa Estates Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, street lights aze a matter of public safety; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Duector of Public Works is in concurrence with the transfer of funds <br /> for this purpose. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.38 Transfer to Highway Fund $2,000.00 <br /> (Street Light-Peazl Street <br /> 020.281.5281.32) <br /> <br />
