Ms. Pavao's nomination now proceeds to the full Council for <br /> a second reading. <br /> <br /> We were informed this morning that Ms. Pavao is scheduled to be in Kona on for <br /> a previous commitment on November 15, 2006, the date of the next regularly scheduled <br /> Council meeting. <br /> If the Council Chair pleases, would it be possible to schedule the second reading <br /> of Ms. Pavao's confirmation for Wednesday, November 29, 2006? Ms. Pavao has <br /> indicated she will be able to attend this next Council meeting on November 29 in Hilo. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.
