Not only does this raises many concerns, it also raises the <br /> question of what interests the planning director represents. <br /> <br /> I understand that many others will be testifying on this matter. Some will have <br /> sent in written testimony while others will be presenting their testimony in <br /> person. In testimony that has been shared with me, I have found many valid <br /> reasons to remove the "F-2" clause from the bill #309. <br /> <br /> Rather than wasting your precious time with all the details others will be providing <br /> to you I will simply ask you to do what is in the best interest of the residents of <br /> this island, remove the "F-2" clause from bill #309. <br /> <br /> Mahalo! <br /> <br /> Sincerely, Isaac D.
