Angel; <br /> Isbell, Virginia <br /> Subject: MLG testimony: Delete E-4 and F-2 - Bill 309 <br /> Importance: High <br /> Re: Bill 309, Ordinance amending the Hawaii County General Plan <br /> September 7, 2006, 10:30am public testimony <br /> <br /> Aloha, Council Chairman Higa and Council members: <br /> As we've testified previously, and as you know is the public will from extensive public <br /> testimony, amendments E-4 and F-2 should be deleted from Bill 309. <br /> Rather than repeat our testimony from previous readings of this bill, we simply ask that you <br /> acknowledge public sentiment expressed both before you and in the CDP process: that both <br /> Kealakekua and the Honokohau/Kealakehe areas be protected from private development.
