As I understand it , the plan proposes to move nearly 100 acres <br /> of the Kealakekua Bay pali from Agriculture to Rural which would significantly <br /> increase the allowable residential density. Cant this be waited on and be decided <br /> on by the ne county council??? <br /> <br /> I urge that this move goes slowly and prudently.
