No. 1109 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 1109, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Communication No. 1109, transmitted by County Clerk Constance R. Kiriu, dated <br /> October 13, 2006, authorizes the acceptance of donations from Ms. Geraldine Embernate. <br /> Ms. Geraldine Embernate has graciously donated a State of Hawaii flag to the Office of the <br /> County Clerk-Elections Division, to be displayed together with the American flag in the <br /> Elections Office display window at the Prince Kuhio Mall.
