(The <br /> project was reduced from 36 to 24 units.) The project, if approved, will also include the <br /> provision of curb, gutter, and sidewalk fronting the west side of Laukapu Street, between <br /> Leilani Stred to.near Lanikaula Street. This improvement should help out the area's <br /> infrastructure. I am again enclosing a copy of the proposed site and elevation plans. <br /> <br /> I am a planning consultant assisting Mr. Mochida on this matter. In so doing, I <br /> am interested in-hearing your thoughts on this proposal, particularly as you own property <br /> within 300 feet of the proposed project.
