Chapter 14, Article 10, Section 14-65, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) <br /> is amended by adding a tree to the existing list of exceptional trees, as follows, and numbered <br /> accordingly: <br /> Section 14-65. Designated exceptional trees. <br /> The following tree is designated as an "Exceptional Trees" of the County of Hawaii: <br /> Tree Tax Map Key and Location Owner <br /> Brazilian Fern Tree 7-5-1:114 Gwendolyn C. Hobbs <br /> Schizolobium parah~ Moeauoa 1, North Kona <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity <br /> shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 4.
