No other land owner mauka of this project need <br /> worry about access affecting their properties. <br /> <br /> In conclusion, SCD has been a good neighbor, and will continue to be. SCD has worked <br /> with government agencies, adjoining property owners, and Malulani Gardens residents <br /> on this plan for years, and has made many adjustments and accommodations in <br /> response to concerns. Many of the recent speakers we have listened to never attended <br /> the planning meetings with SCD. Not everyone can be pleased by this project, but it is <br /> well thought out, designed, and provides benefits to the community. The current Council <br /> is familiar with the history of this project and related issues, and is the best suited to <br /> vote on this Bill. <br /> Mahalo for you time. <br />
