I am a student at Hilo High School,co <br /> enrolled in a participation in democracy class. I myself do not drink, but I know people <br /> who do consume alcohol, and none of them have caused disorderly conduct. <br /> <br /> So I am writing this to say that I am against Bill 300 to ban alcohol from in all <br /> beach parks because I believe it does not promote so many problems as everyone thinks it <br /> does. I say do not ban the alcohol, but arrest the rowdy ones that do cause trouble. <br /> Besides if the bill does pass I believe there will be increase in crime rates, because many <br /> will do it any way so there is no sense in it.
