I am writing about the drinking at parks ban (BIL000). <br /> We were discussing it in our Participation in Democracy class and we came up with good <br /> points. <br /> <br /> I go to the beach every day I always see people drink and I see how they act. <br /> Usually they don't bother any of the locals but they always mess with the haole's. That's <br /> the reason why I'm with the ban because I've seen a lot of hurt tourists when they come <br /> across a drunk local.
