I attend Hilo high school-gs a--. <br /> junior. I am 15 years old and I have been living on the big' r <br /> island since the day I was born. We are currently studly'ingth&-` <br /> abuse of alcohol use in county parks .I believe its called the <br /> bill 300. I agree with banding alcohol usage at county parks <br /> <br /> just for the safety for family and there children . For example <br /> my family and I were at a beach and these three guys from <br /> three pavilions away were drinking than they started arguing <br /> one guy jumped in his car and started burning rubber In the <br /> <br /> parking lot there was a lot of children . The cops trying to <br /> stop the guy after awhile they finally stop him but everyone <br /> day was just ruined. That why they should band drinking at <br /> parks and beaches unless they have a liquor permit. My <br /> participation and Democracy in MS. Don class is really <br /> <br /> important to me.
