I am concerned about the ruling on Bill 300 which <br /> would make drinking illegal at public beach parks. Soon I will be a voting member of <br /> society so I hope that you will hear me out. <br /> I am strongly against the ban of drinking at public beach parks. This has never <br /> been done before and so many people go down to the beach and enjoy a few beers. This <br /> is such a relaxing place to be and is enjoyed by many. If the ban occurs people will do it <br /> anyways but just be sneaky about it. It's just like our cell-phone ban here at Hilo High <br /> School. A lot of people still use their cell-phones even if it is banned. People are going <br /> to do whatever they want anyways.
