Currently 16, I will be a voting citizen in two years, and hope to <br /> someday become governor of Hawaii. As of right now, I learn about the <br /> democracy I live in with Ms. Dorn. <br /> Bill 200 is an interesting bill from my standpoint, but some points I <br /> thought of were not mentioned in the newspaper article of the Tribune <br /> Herald. <br /> These being things such as waste (litter, vomit, glass) and vandalism <br /> <br /> (where it applies).
