I am 16 years old and a male athlete runner. <br /> As a runner I do not smoke or drink. But I like to run a lot, drinking aria <br /> smoking can ruin and effect my running, slow me down, ruin lungs, screw `A <br /> up my legs, bad health, etc. So you know what I mean, I don't really hang <br /> out with people who drink or smoke, but I have friends that do; and we all <br /> cool. <br /> Any ways I think Alcohol both should and shouldn't be banned. <br /> Reason why they should ban it is that it would there would be less accidents, <br /> littering, healthier lives, etc. But it also shouldn't be banned because they are <br /> just going to do it anyway, and that would also cause more problems to the <br /> police and everyone else for bail. Can ruin a lot of peoples lives with money <br /> problems, and stuff. So as you can see I'm mostly against the ill 300.
