You must first realize that one road in and one road out is not planning for the future. What will happen during a natural <br /> disaster, hurricane, tsunami, or. earthquake. <br /> With the number of boat slips over 900, <br /> how will the evacuation be safe? Who can we count on for Civil Defense measures. We can not support a huge development in light of the lack of <br /> infustructure. Do you actually thing that there will be a grant of easement from the Queen Lihokolani Trust? Let's re-think this Bill 309 can come up <br /> with a better plan for infustructure. <br /> Thank you.
