Mr. Rosehill will be heading to Oahu. <br /> <br /> For this reason, he will not be able to attend the Council meeting on 11/15/06 for the second reading of his <br /> confirmation. <br /> Enclosed for your information is Mr. Rosehill's application when he applied for the Community Development Plan <br /> Steering Committee.
