U6 143 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL-10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL <br /> - 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CG-20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY <br /> TAX MAP KEY 2-2-28:31. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is aznended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be General Commercial - 20,000 square feet (CG-20): <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of this pazcel of land and on the northerly side <br /> of Lanikaula Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being 3,444.03 feet South and 7,581.79 feet East, <br /> thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 90° 00' 183.08 feet along Lanikaula Street; <br /> 2. Thence along the north comer of the intersection of Lanikaula Street and Kilauea <br /> Avenue on a curve to the right with a radius <br /> of 25.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance <br /> being: <br /> 125° 03' 28.71 feet; <br /> 3. 160° 06' 100.87 feet along Kilauea Avenue; <br /> 4. 250° 45' 30" 169.75 feet along the remainder of Grant 4777 to T. <br /> Clive Davies; <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
