COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. zsI <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~~ x.52 (Draft 2) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, <br />CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), <br />BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-Sa) TO <br />RESIDENTIAL AND AGRICULTURAL (RA-la) AND MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(RM-3.5) AT MOEAUOA 2ND, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP <br />KEY 7-5-3:7, 8, 9. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br />hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Moeauoa 2"d, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, shall be Residential and Agricultural (RA-la): <br />Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Northwesterly corner of Lot 7-A-1, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAILUA (NORTH MERIDIAN)" being <br />4,939.22 feet North and 7,769.05 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br />from True South: <br />321° 19' 46.13 feet along Lot 7-A-] and along the remainder <br />of Grant 1635 to J. L. Waiau to a point; <br />2. 323° 28' 20" 127.50 feet along Royal Patent 3991, Land <br />Commission Award 7379, Apana 2 to <br />Kahelepo to a point; <br />320° 42' 40" 105.89 feet along the remainder of Grant 1635 to J. L. <br />Waiau to a point; <br />4. 327° OS' 45" 316.31 feet along the remainder of Grant 1601 to <br />Kanehailua to a point; <br />Thence, for the next four (4) courses following along Lot 6 and along the remainder <br />of Royal Patent 8126, Land Commission Award 9971, Apana 27 to W.
