The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii are <br /> amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ouli, South Kohala, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Rural: <br /> Beginning at the Northeasterly comer of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northwesterly corner of Lot 19-B of Anekona Estates, and being a point on the Southerly <br /> side of Kanehoa Street (Private Road), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred <br /> to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU PA" being 10,988.02 feet North and <br /> 15,602.55 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 2° 06' 753.78 feet along Lot 19-B of Anekona Estates and <br /> along the remainder of Royal Patent 2237, <br /> Land Commission Award 8518-B, Apana 1 <br /> to James Young Kanehoa to a point in the <br /> middle of Keanuiomano Stream; <br /> Thence, following along the middle of Keanuiomano Stream and along <br /> Government Land (State of Hawaii): <br /> 2. 97° 28' 40" 347.74 feet to a point; <br /> 3. 190° 35' 746.87 feet along Lot 21 of Anekona Estates and <br /> along the remainder of Royal Patent 2237, <br /> Land Commission Award 8518-B, Apana 1 <br /> to James Young Kanehoa to a point; <br /> <br />
