I bought this home so that I could get some <br /> privacy and yet live in Kona Town. I am deeply concerned of this Kona Coffee Estate Development. <br /> I feel that the through fare through our subdivision is incredibly wrong by the developer as it will reduce the <br /> privacy that we bought into. It is obvious that traffic will increase to Highway 19 and the traffic is already from <br /> Henry Street going south. The proposed Kona Coffee Estate development should not involve my development <br /> nor use our street as an access. <br /> I am against this project as the developer cut his own access off by the Lowe's project.
