Progress <br /> should not be made at the expense and discomfort of others in the area it should <br /> complement what is in place. <br /> <br /> <br /> The Kona Coffee Estate access through the Malulani Gardens development will come <br /> about with loss of security, loss of property value and loss of community for the <br /> said development. There has to be a more convenient and sensible means to access <br /> the property to be developed.
