I urge the Council to take advantage of this opportunity and vote <br /> AGAINST this proposal following the wishes of the residents of Kailua-Kona who support concurrency. <br /> <br /> A request to the developer for a complete evaluation of the infrastructure impact and needs, as well as <br /> where the resources will come from to address the issues, will not impose any hardship upon the <br /> developer.
