And, the road definitely should not <br /> <br /> lead from the Queen's highway which Is alread a congested roadway. Plain common <br /> <br /> sense dictates that the road should lead from upper Palani Rd. <br /> Secondly, A road that would cut Malulani Gardens in half would lead to a decrease in <br /> <br /> our property values. I would have to drive thru three gates to go anywhere at all. <br /> And lastly, since the road would be 16 feet from my home, my safety and pleasant <br /> <br /> neighborhood environment would be greatly jeopardized. <br /> <br /> Please do not pass Bill 251.
