The Friendly Place has now become a reality for those who need it so badly. I <br /> would ask you, therefore, to pass a resolution today allowing the Office of Social Ministry to occupy the <br /> Friendly Place as its program operator. Through my daily observation their work at Care-A-Van, I <br /> believe the staff of OSM have shown both competence and compassion in their ability to work with the <br /> homeless. <br /> Thank you very much for your consideration in this matter. <br /> <br /> Cynthia M.
