<br /> ~ w . <br /> Logically Speaking:Are we (The Human Society) MATURE <br /> ENOUGH TO EVOLVE ? <br /> In this GLOBAL GAME for the regimentation of HUMAN CONDUCT, we <br /> keep revolving around the same ARCHAIC ECONOMIC CONCEPTS that <br /> have put us and our Planet in this present DIRE POSITION. <br /> The regimentation of Human conduct (ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT)is wrong <br /> and will only lead us to ARMAGEDDON. We must aim for the Funda- <br /> mental Principals of DEMOCRACY Ignoring Political <br /> Complexities and immediately Stop Revolving <br /> and EVOLVE toward (local) Moral and Ethical standards. start <br /> thinking GLOBAL and act LOCAL <br /> Having some of the skills but not the temperament to become fully <br /> involved in politics I am asking for periodic acceptance of my <br /> input, especially in ELECTION years, as an unselfish act on my <br /> part to bring to the populace a humanitarien spin on where we as <br /> a society, mostly through complacency are at.And am asking all to <br /> take a hard look at their individual responsibility and to get <br /> involved on some level to start solving the many problems that <br /> APATHY breeds. <br /> Will the affluent, who consume a disproportionate share of the <br /> world's resources, be willing to have less, be willing to live <br /> more simply so that others may simply live ? I don't think so, in <br /> fact I believe that the fissures of cast will open wider in this <br /> country, unless there is a total economic collapse, utter social <br /> disintegration, which by the way of social stratification has a <br /> tendency to dull people's conscience (build more prisons) or <br /> massive ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION---the latter seems to be just <br /> around the corner. Are the rules we live by still valid ? Will <br /> the archaic laws we now control by destroy the planet ? <br /> We need POLITICS that PRODUCES POLICIES for the common good of <br /> the PLANET not the POCKETBOOK. We must seriously start reversing <br /> the damage we have done to the BIOSPHERE. <br /> SUSTAINABILITY OR BUST : "susTAINABILITY" riven <br /> the prevailing MIND-SET--Difficult, perhaps even impassible <br /> "BUST" What we are doing is not sustainable. Without a wholesale <br /> transformation of the economic system to conform to the <br /> principles of ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY, eventual economic <br /> DECLINE IS INEVITABLE, leading but to only one place ARMAGEDDON ! <br /> Knowing that if this transformation is going to happen it will <br /> only happen if ALL GET INVOLVED and this is a great time to do so <br /> an election year where you can exercise your right to vote, USE <br /> IT OR LOSE IT. Unselfishly get involved for the children they are <br /> the future. Let our LEGACY be WE LIVED, WE LOVED, WE TRIED <br /> 360° <br /> <br />
