A land exchange with the private property owners for those <br /> certain portions of Tax Map Keys: 3rd/4-4-02:05 and <br /> 3rd/4-4-09:03, 04 and 08 which are required for the <br /> proposed Kalopa Sand Gulch By-Pass Road Project; <br /> 2. A three way land exchange between the State of Hawaii, the <br /> private property owners, and the County of Hawaii for <br /> those certain parcels of land contained within the <br /> ahupua'a of Honokaia and further identified as Tax Map <br /> Keys: 3rd/4-6-03:03, 04, 07, 10, 12, 13, 15 and 16 and <br /> 3rd/4-6-04:04 and 07; i3nd <br /> 3. A land exchange with the private property owners for those <br /> certain portions of Ta:c Map Key: 3rd/2-6-09:22 which are <br /> required for the construction of a new water tank and for <br /> the realignment of a portion of the Kaiwiki Road. <br /> Should you have any questions on this matter, please feel free <br /> to call on Executive Assistant Glenn Y.
