We have examined the environmental i~:p::cts <br /> and on behalf of the Governor we determine that the supplemental <br /> document to the EIS previously accepted under the Executive Order to <br /> be a negative declaration. We have filed the document with the <br /> Environmental Quality Commission in accordance with Chapter 343, Hawaii I <br /> Revised Statute.
