Al- this time, <br /> we request another status report. <br /> Please inform us of the construction start date for Papaikou <br /> Phase II and the estimated completion date. Also, please <br /> indicate the completion date for design of Paukaa Phase I7, the <br /> source of funding Co construct this project, and the estimated <br /> construction start and completion dates. <br /> As a reminder, the County agreed to construct these projects <br /> to resolve an EPA audit (report #E2CWM0-09-0052-2200030) which <br /> questioned the eligibility of EPA grant funds provided to <br /> construct the Papaikou wastewater treatment plant. Refer to <br /> EPA's Final Determination Letter dated September 24, 1993. <br /> Thank you f.or your continued cooperation.
