The effective date of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 95 55 is April 26, 1995. Condition B of <br /> Change of Zone Ordinance No. 95 55 states that final subdivision approval be secured within five years <br /> from the effective date of the ordinance (or April 26, 2000). A five-year administrative time extension to <br /> comply with Condition B was granted until April 26, 2005. Subdivision 2003-0092 received Tentative <br /> Approval on December 17, 2003. <br /> The time extension request is beyond the allowance of an administrative time extension based on <br /> Condition G and will need to be brought before the Planning Commission and the Hawaii County Council <br /> for their approval. <br /> You will need to submit your request, with reasons, along with 20 copies of that request to the Planning <br /> Commission with a $250 filing fee.
