Reso 8/20/75) <br /> d) Plans for Papaikou-Paukaa Sewer System approved by County. <br /> e) County receives federal grant for 75% of construction costs. (ref. What are the implications if project is denied or delayed? <br /> a) Per EPA, project should have been completed 6/96. Cancellation or delays to the project <br /> could subject the County to repayment of a proportional share of the grant which amounted <br /> to $6,891,902. <br /> b) Funds for project were planned to be disbursed by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) on <br /> 1/97. Delays to the project disrupt the cash flow of the SRF and could cause the project to <br /> be removed from the priority list.
