Jan. 3, 2007 <br /> Dear Council Members, <br /> I am unable to attend this hearing but would like to <br /> give testimony in regards to Bill 221. <br /> I stand in favor of the rezoning of this particular <br /> piece of property from Agricultural to Commercial for <br /> several reasons. The first being, that I don't have lots of <br /> room in my house or on my property to store items. I <br /> have been on a waiting list for a particular size of <br /> storage space which is highly sought after for some <br /> time, to the point of almost giving up. Self storage is a <br /> business that is sorely needed in this area.
