To the contrary, the Puna Community Development Plan <br /> community input overwhelmingly is against de-limiting development at this point. In the theme <br /> category of Growth Management Tools & Recommendations, 146 opinions were logged, primarily for <br /> the intent of limiting development and more use of smart planning methods. Approving this bill would <br /> be against public will to control development in general.
