In a letter dated September 15, 2006, the DLNR- <br /> HPD has stated that "no historic properties will be affected by this undertaking because <br /> 1) residential development/urbanization has altered the land; Z) previous <br /> grubbing/grading has altered the land; 3) we have no record of historic properties in this <br /> area, and our files indicate that the area has been developed for residential use that has <br /> modified the landscape." <br /> 19. Cultural or Native Gathering Rights: The property is developed with asingle-family <br /> dwelling, and there is no evidence of any traditional and customary Native Hawaiian <br /> rights being practiced on the site. <br /> <br /> 20. Public Access: None that traverses the property. <br /> <br /> 21. Traffic: The applicant states that "the creation of two additional parcels within the <br /> Panaewa Residential Lots Subdivision is not anticipated to have an adverse impact on <br /> traffic conditions in the area." <br /> PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 22. Access: Access to the site is from Awa Street, a County road with a 50-foot wide right- <br /> of-way with a 20-foot wide pavement and 6-foot wide grass shoulders. <br /> 23. Water: County water is available to the site. <br /> 24. Wastewater: The two additional parcels will utilize individual wastewater systems <br /> meeting the approval of the Department of Health. <br /> 25. Solid Waste: There is no municipal collection system for solid waste in the County. All <br /> waste generated by the proposed project will be disposed at appropriate sites designated <br /> by the Department of Environmental Management. <br /> 26.
