Cultural or Native Gathering Rights: The property is developed with asingle-family <br /> dwelling, and there is no evidence of any traditional and customary Native Hawaiian <br /> rights being practiced on the site. <br /> <br /> 20. Access: Access to the site is from Awa Street, a County road with a 50-foot wide right- <br /> of-way with a 20-foot wide pavement and 6-foot wide grass shoulders. <br /> 23. Wastewater: The two additional parcels will utilize individual wastewater systems <br /> meeting the approval of the Department of Health. <br /> 25. Solid Waste: There is no municipal collection system for solid waste in the County. All <br /> waste generated by the proposed project will be disposed at appropriate sites designated <br /> by the Department of Environmental Management. <br /> 26.
