Resources -State Historic Preservation Division accepted the previous data recovery <br /> report for sites identified on the property. Additionally, as a result of DLNR-SHPD's <br /> approval of the report, grading and grubbing permits were issued to the property. <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 22. Access: There will be three accesses available to the property. These include Kawili, <br /> Kapiolani and Ululani Streets. Ululani Street is a County maintained paved street within a <br /> 60-foot right-of-way. Kapiolani Street is a County owned and maintained paved street <br /> within a 60-foot right-of-way. Kawili Street is a County owned and maintained paved <br /> street within an 80-foot right-of-way. There is a drainage ditch along the Kawili Street <br /> frontage. <br /> 23. Water System: County water is available to the property. <br /> 24. Wastewater System: The proposed development will be connected to the County's <br /> sewer system. <br /> 25. Solid Waste: Solid waste would be collected and disposed of at the Hilo solid waste <br /> landfill site located off of Leilani Street, in compliance with applicable Federal, State and <br /> County rules and regulations. <br /> 26. Police, Fire and Emergency Services: The property will be served by the Hilo Central <br /> Fire Station located on Kinoole Street as well as the stations at Waiakea and Kawailani <br /> Street. The Police Headquarters is located on Kapiolani Street. The Hilo Medical Center <br /> is located approximately 3 miles from the property. <br /> 27.
