Testimony- Bill 345 <br /> Hello, my name is Roberta and I will be residing in the Keaau Ag. Lots in a few <br /> months. <br /> On behalf on myself, my husband, and my daughter, I strongly oppose the <br /> passing of this bill. <br /> <br /> While I admire and appreciate the DOH's efforts to rehabilitate, I believe that <br /> permitting this type of situation to exisl in a residential neighborhood is risky, <br /> irresponsible, and just plain foolish. Odds are that at some point is time, the <br /> ' ~ ` hence their current <br /> "residents" of this facility have , <br /> living situation. In the "real" ADULT world, such actions would have resulted in <br /> their incarceration for the sole reason of them being a threat and or danger to <br /> living within the community. And yet you are proposing a measure that would <br /> allow up to 16 potentially, if not already violent, dangerous, and volatile people, to <br /> live within homes, together, in a neighborhood where children ride their bikes <br /> next door?
