Kiyosaki as chief engineer of the County of Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The HICA is a construction industry organization with some 260 members. Our <br /> president, Hugh Willocks, has asked me to express his regrets that a prior commitment <br /> made it impossible for him to be here today. <br /> Our organization has gone on record supporting this appointment. <br /> Over the past four years, members of our organization have worked closely with Mrs. <br /> Kiyosaki as she has performed her duties as chief engineer. <br /> We have high regard for her professionalism and her abilities and especially for her <br /> effectiveness as a communicator, with our organization as well as with the general <br /> public. <br /> We strongly urge the approval of her appointment. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Ccmrn.
