As you explained in your <br /> letter, your plans are to build aself-storage facility on this pazcel. <br /> The subject Marcel is situated on lands adjacent to pmpeny owned by the Department of <br /> Hawaiian Home Lartds (DHHL). As indicated in our letter of December 27, 2005 relating to <br /> your request for a land use boundazy amendment, DHHL has no objections to the proposed use. <br /> In your recent letter to our department you state that, ""do not believe that my project <br /> will negatively impa.a your adjacent land on the Makai side of ~ ry ]and, but will provide needed <br /> infrastructure for existing residents and futtue residents of the Ht ~>vaiian Homelands." <br /> h <br /> We concur that the proposed project will not have a deti~tnental impact on our adjacent <br /> lands.
