E1 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is in need of funds to install a streetlight at <br /> the Melia Street Roundabout in Waikoloa Village; and <br /> WHEREAS, residents of Waikoloa Village have requested the installation of a streetlight <br /> at the Melia Street Roundabout in order to improve the public safety at this otherwise unlit <br /> roadway in their community; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 9 for $21,000.00 will be <br /> appropriated to the Department of Public Works for the installation of trenching, electrical lines, <br /> and a new streetlight at the Melia Street Roundabout in Waikoloa Village; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $21,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $21,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $21,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G <br /> (New Streetlight Installation - Islandwide <br /> Melia Street Roundabout in Waikoloa <br /> 110.399.5399.22) <br /> <br />
