An application from the owner dated <br /> November 3, 2005 with construction plans is attached as supporting material. The applicant <br /> proposes to comply with Section 21-28(a) of the county code, whereas they will construct the <br /> sewer extension for the county and in return, receive stated benefits from the County for the <br /> stated period of time.
