No. 49-07 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 2:15 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 49-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 49-07, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 33, by Director of Finance <br /> William Takaba, via Communication No. 124, dated January 23, 2007, authorizes the Office of <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of the <br /> Attorney General for the Statewide Sexual Assault Training Grant. <br /> The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General's Crime Prevention & Justice <br /> Assistance Division has authorized funding to the Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to <br /> coordinate a Statewide Sexual Assault Training Program.
