O? <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br /> WHEREAS, the Laupahoehoe Volunteer Fire Station services the communities in the <br /> Hamakua District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the need for safety equipment is of the utmost importance for the well- <br /> being of our volunteer fire fighters; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing garage needs to be extended in order to house its lazger fire <br /> engine vehicle; and <br /> WHEREAS, a $5,000 appropriation from Council District 1 for safety equipment and <br /> garage extension, and will be administered by the Fire Department; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.221.5226.02 Fire Department $5,000 <br /> Training & Volunteer OCE <br /> (Laupahoehoe Volunteer <br /> Fire Station: Safety Equipment and <br /> Garage Extension Building Materials) <br /> <br />
