Taira <br /> Housing Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Bill 156 - Amending Chapter 11, Article 1, <br /> Subsection 11-4(d), (Housing Code) <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is <br /> providing the following information for Bill 156 which is <br /> scheduled for the Council meeting on Friday, March 9, 2007. <br /> As an advocate for Housing and related mandates, the OHCD feels <br /> that these issues should be considered.
