I have also <br /> attached a Ramseyered version of said bill showing the amendments to Draft 1, which <br /> passed first reading by the Council at its December 20, 2006 meeting, so that the Council <br /> can review the changes made between Draft 1 and this proposed Draft 2. <br /> I have made fairly minor changes except for the following as reflected in the Ramseyered <br /> version: <br /> 1. Section 25-6-61(g) Criteria for establishing a Scenic Corridor and Section <br /> 25-6-62. Minimum corridor length.: Delete the three miles in length <br /> limitation. <br /> 2. Section 25-6-[63]62. Permitted Uses.: Simplify the language relating to <br /> applicability of the Zoning Code regulations. <br /> 3. Section 25-6-[64]63(b) Initiation of a Scenic Corridor; requirements, and <br /> Section 25-6-[64]63(e)(2): Clazify the language that notice be served to <br /> property owners and lessees of lots and utility companies whose properties <br /> aze either within the proposed Scenic Corridor or within three hundred feet <br /> of the boundaries of the proposed Scenic Corridor.
