The request in reference to testimony submitted was specifically <br /> for a clarification of the projects that were categorized as "Safety Improvements to COH <br /> Facilities (prior appropriations)" at a projected cost of $16 Million. <br /> Attached is a list of such projects that have been appropriated but have either received only <br /> partial allotments or none at all. As is stated, the total amount required to fund all such <br /> projects would exceed $16 Million, but it is recognized that some projects may be funded from <br /> other sources or may not be ready to proceed for various reasons. However, please keep in <br /> mind that all projects listed have been appropriated and hence have been acted upon by the <br /> County Council. <br /> Hopefully, this information will be helpful in your deliberations.
