Delays in meeting the project deadline specified in <br /> section 8.2, above, subject the County of a penal,.ty of $10,000 <br /> per month, pro rated. <br /> 10. Failure to supply properly treated effluent as <br /> required by section B.a subjects the County to a penalty equal <br /> v <br /> to three times the value of the effluent not supplied plus the <br /> costs of replacing any landscaping which dies because of the <br /> supply failure. <br /> 11.
